Kodak Floats Bidding Procedures For Patent Auction

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 11:12 PM EDT) -- Eastman Kodak Co. on Monday asked a New York bankruptcy judge to sign off on bidding procedures for the company's intellectual property portfolio, which includes more than 1,100 patents for capturing, manipulating and sharing digital images.

In a motion filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Kodak outlined a confidential sale process in which bidders' names and offers will not be disclosed.
