Viacom Wants $383M Award Over 'Rock Band' Earnings Tossed

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 11:52 PM EDT) -- Viacom International Inc. on Monday asked a Delaware state court to vacate nearly half of the $383 million award a third party ruled the media giant owed shareholders of Harmonix Music Systems Inc. under a merger agreement, claiming it was denied the opportunity to present vital evidence.
