DOD Aims To Negotiate Lower Rates On Service Contracts

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 8:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense will seek to negotiate lower overhead and labor rates on service contracts, as part of its strategy to comply with a legislative directive to cap such costs overall, according to a DOD memorandum released Thursday by the law firm McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP.
