NJ To Unify Clean Energy Program Under 1 Admin

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities will consolidate its Clean Energy Program under one administrator in an effort to streamline the command of financial incentives, programs and services for markets across the state, the board announced Monday.

In a request for proposals issued Friday, the BPU is seeking a single administrator to replace the trio of contractors delivering programs to three separate market segments: commercial, industrial and local governments; residential energy efficiency; and renewable energy.
