Israel's Azrieli Pays $245M For 2nd US Property

Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 6:34 PM EDT) -- Israeli real estate manager Azrieli Group Ltd. said Thursday it had agreed to buy the 42-story former home of Wachovia Corp. in Charlotte, N.C., for $245 million from an affiliate of local developer Childress Klein Properties.

The 985,315-square-foot building is known as One Wells Fargo Center for its largest tenant, Wells Fargo & Co., which takes up about 686,834 square feet of office space at the tower. The Childress Klein affiliate put the building on the market last year, and will continue to lease and manage...
