LA Officials Press Calif. Gov. To Issue Fracking Ban

Law360, San Diego (June 14, 2012, 10:42 PM EDT) -- Three Los Angeles councilmembers on Wednesday presented a resolution calling on California's governor to ban the controversial process of hydraulic fracturing until the state decides whether the oil and gas extraction method is safe for public health, the city's water supply and the environment.
