NH Hospital's Hep C Outbreak Sparks AG Probe, Class Action

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A hepatitis C outbreak at a New Hampshire hospital on Thursday became the center of a criminal investigation by the state attorney general and a class action accusing the hospital of negligence in putting nearly 1,200 patients at risk of contracting the disease.
