Baker Botts Concealed Patent Work For Rival, Axcess Says

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 5:15 PM EDT) -- Axcess International Inc. asked a Texas federal judge Thursday to reject arguments by Baker Botts LLP that Axcess' suit — which accuses the law firm of sharing Axcess patent applications with a competitor — is time barred, saying the firm concealed its relationship with the rival, resetting the statute of limitations.
