DeCotiis Denied Quick Win In NJ County Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 9:13 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey judge has denied summary judgment for DeCotiis Fitzpatrick & Cole LLP in Bergen County, N.J.'s legal malpractice action against the firm over a hospital operator's $700 million-plus suit for Medicaid-related payments, ruling that determinations on the merits would be premature.
