ATP Sues US For $70M Over Deepwater Drilling Delays

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 6:49 PM EDT) -- ATP Oil & Gas Corp. sued the federal government Thursday for $70 million in damages from lost profits and production costs during the U.S. Department of the Interior's allegedly unlawful permitting delays following its moratorium on Gulf of Mexico drilling following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
