Condo Owners Take $125M Starwood Fraud Suit To 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 9:43 PM EDT) -- American investors petitioned the Seventh Circuit on Thursday to review an earlier dismissal of their fraud case seeking $125 million from Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. and another developer for failing to deliver time shares in Mexico, saying the case belongs in the U.S.
