EU Breast Implant Study Won’t Help Litigation Targets

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 7:56 PM EDT) -- While U.K. government researchers found Monday that faulty breast implants made by a now-defunct French company did not appear to cause cancer or other significant health problems, the report will do little to help health care clinics and others facing litigation over the products across Europe, attorneys say.
