Irish Fund Takes Reins Of 104-MW Viridian Wind Portfolio

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A €1 billion ($1.3 billion) infrastructure fund backed by Irish pension investments has completed its first purchase — a controlling stake in 10 wind energy projects scattered across Ireland and Northern Ireland from private energy company Viridian Group PLC, according to announcements Monday.
