10th Circ. Puts Brakes On Toyota Faulty Engine Class Action

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 7:42 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Monday silenced a putative class action against Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. over an alleged defect in an engine model, finding the case no longer deserved consideration because the federal government was already providing relief to consumers.
