CMS Readying Customer Surveys For Health Exchanges

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Monday embarked on another key step toward the creation of health insurance exchanges, soliciting ideas for customer satisfaction surveys that would be central to the comparison-shopping experience.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act calls for measuring consumer feedback in every health plan that’s sold on an exchange and signs up more than 500 people.
