Enviros Want NRC To Stall Reactor Licensing Decisions

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 8:23 PM EDT) -- Several environmental groups on Monday petitioned the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to suspend any final licensing decisions for nuclear reactors until it completes an analysis of the environmental impacts of spent nuclear fuel storage, as ordered by the D.C. Circuit earlier this month.
