Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 4:22 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club and other advocacy groups on Monday challenged the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's polyvinyl chloride emissions limits in the D.C. Circuit, arguing that the current standard endangers the health of communities near plants that produce the harmful chemical.
