Disbarred Attys Must Forfeit Assets Over Fen-Phen Fees

Law360, Wilmington (June 19, 2012, 8:59 PM EDT) -- A Kentucky federal judge on Monday ordered two disbarred attorneys to forfeit a trove of real estate, cars and financial accounts to help pay $127 million they owe clients for pocketing the bulk of a class action settlement over the defective diet pill fen-phen.
