NYC Defends Flavored Tobacco Ban In 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 7:36 PM EDT) -- New York City attorneys on Tuesday told the Second Circuit that the city's restriction of the sale of flavored tobacco products is not unconstitutional because the rule only affects the sale of such tobacco products and not the manufacturing standards overseen by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
