Cape May Plant Will Close Coal Unit To Settle CAA Claims

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 8:38 PM EDT) -- RC Cape May Holdings LLC is shutting down one of the coal-fired units in a power plant near Cape May, N.J., as part of an agreement to end an administrative action over alleged Clean Air Act violations, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection said Thursday.
