Asbestos Plaintiffs Claim Time Is Running Out

Law360 (September 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Attorneys for two plaintiffs who have sued a slew of companies over alleged asbestos-related injuries are asking a federal judge to set an expedited trial date in the case, arguing that the health of one of the plaintiffs is "rapidly deteriorating."
