Pertamina Pays $725M For Harvest's Venezuela Oil Interests

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 9:06 PM EDT) -- Texas-based energy company Harvest Natural Resources Inc. is selling its interests in Venezuelan oil for $725 million to Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina, Harvest said Thursday.

In a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Harvest Natural's wholly owned subsidiary HNR Energia BV said it would sell all of its 80 percent share in Harvest Vinccler Dutch Holding BV, which owns a 40 percent stake in Venezuelan oil company Petrodelta SA.
