China, Brazil Strengthen Ties With Trade, Other Agreements

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 4:25 PM EDT) -- The president of Brazil and the prime minister of China signed several agreements on Thursday, cementing new trade, technology, aerospace and other initiatives and raising the relationship between the two countries to a comprehensive strategic partnership.

President Dilma V. Rousseff of Brazil and Prime Minister Wen Jiabao of China signed the agreements as Wen was visiting Brazil for the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, also known as Rio+20, according to a statement from Brazilian Finance Minister Guido Mantega.
