NLRB To Revisit Rules Barring Grad Assistants From Unions

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 8:08 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board said Friday that it would review the dismissal of two union representation petitions for graduate student assistants, setting the stage for the potential reversal of a Bush-era NLRB decision that said graduate assistants could not unionize.
