Brandywine, Allstate Unit Ink $121M Deal For Md. Offices

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A joint venture between an Allstate Insurance Co. subsidiary and real estate investment trust Brandywine Realty Trust has acquired a three-property office portfolio in a Washington suburb for $120.6 million, Brandywine said Monday.

Brandywine-Al Joint Venture acquired the Silver Spring, Md., properties from a joint venture of Urdang Capital Management, the real estate investment arm of Bank of New York Mellon Corp., and commercial real estate developer Moore & Associates Inc., according to Brandywine.
