Justices To Review US Airways' Appeal Of Benefits Payout

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 2:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider U.S. Airways Inc.'s appeal of a ruling that the airline's attempt to recover more of an employee's medical benefits payout than he had received in a third-party recovery was barred under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
