Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 3:44 PM EDT) -- The family of an American killed by a suicide bomber is closer to collecting on a judgment against Iran after the U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear a petition from the Islamic republic's national bank, which faced claims under the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act.
