GE Targets US In $15M CERCLA Suit Over Ex-Air Force Plant

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 8:00 PM EDT) -- General Electric Co. on Monday lodged a Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act suit against the U.S. government in Ohio federal court, seeking a contribution toward the $15 million it's spent on hazardous waste cleanup efforts at a former U.S. Air Force engine plant.
