EEOC Blasts Baltimore Over Pension Payments

Law360, New York (September 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has sued Baltimore County, accusing the municipality of forcing older workers to pay higher pension contributions than their younger counterparts.

On Tuesday, the EEOC revealed that it had sued Baltimore County for allegedly violating the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
