Website Link, Excerpts Don't Infringe, Canadian Judge Says

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 8:50 PM EDT) -- Saying that a link and excerpts didn't constitute copyright infringement, a Canadian judge on Thursday dismissed a suit brought by a controversial human rights lawyer against a conservative political website.
