DC Circ. Rejects Vt.'s Entergy Plant Permit Challenge

Law360, Chicago (June 26, 2012, 7:39 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit rejected pleas Tuesday by Vermont and an advocacy group to review the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's renewal of an operating license for an Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc. power station, finding the permit challengers waived their objection because they never brought it to the federal agency.
