California Gas Suit Goes Forward Against EnCana

Law360, New York (September 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- EnCana Corp. and its U.S.-based energy trading unit WD Energy Services Inc. continue to face a $60 million antitrust suit filed by a California winery that claims the two companies colluded with others to hike up the prices for natural gas after an unsuccessful appeal of the case.
