Memory Card IP Antitrust Suit Time-Barred, Panasonic Says

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Panasonic Corp. told the Ninth Circuit on Monday to toss Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s allegations that Panasonic had restrained competition through a patent-licensing deal on secure digital memory cards, saying a lower court had correctly ruled that the suit was time-barred.
