Ore. Resources Defends Mining Permits In 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 9:12 PM EDT) -- Oregon Resources Corp. urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to let permits for its proposed chromite mining project in northwest Oregon stand, arguing that significant environmental studies had been conducted before the National Marine Fisheries Services and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers signed off on the project.
