Ex-Detroit Mayor's Friend Gets Mistrial In Bid-Rigging Case

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday declared a mistrial in a case accusing a demolition contractor and longtime friend of former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick of money laundering and using bribes and his connection to Kilpatrick to win contracts.
