Judge Lifts Stay On SEC Suit Against Conrad Black

Law360, New York (September 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Though his criminal trial may be over, Conrad Black's legal troubles are far from over. A U.S. district court has ruled that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission may proceed with its civil fraud suit against the embattled media baron.
