CIT Tells Commerce To Take 2nd Look At Chinese Tire Duties

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 2:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday ordered the U.S. Department of Commerce to take another look at whether certain Chinese tires imported by OTR Wheel Engineering Inc. fall outside the scope of countervailing and anti-dumping duty orders.
