Miami Approves Dacra's $312M Retail Haven

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 5:00 PM EDT) -- The Miami City Council unanimously voted on Thursday to greenlight South Beach developer Dacra's proposal to build a four-block, $312 million retail haven in Miami's Design District, paving the way for an official ground-breaking as early as this fall.
