Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts was cast into the unlikely role of hero for President Barack Obama’s health care law on Thursday, but legal experts called his swing vote a conservative juggling act that preserved limited federal power under the Commerce Clause.
