Texas Insurance Exchange Debate Looms As ACA Upheld

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 9:13 PM EDT) -- Following Thursday’s decision by the U.S. Supreme Court upholding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Texas leaders — many of whom oppose the law — now must decide how to introduce a state-regulated insurance exchange, or face further federal intervention.
