Enviros Buck FERC's OK on $400M Gas Pipeline Expansion

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 3:55 PM EDT) -- Environmental organizations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on Thursday challenged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s decision to approve Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co.’s $400 million natural gas pipeline project between the two states, arguing that the commission erred in considering the project separately from other connected pipelines.
