UAW Objects To $37.6M Bonus For Delphi Execs

Law360, New York (September 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Demanding the “equivalence of sacrifice” it said it is owed, the United Auto Workers union has opposed bankrupt Delphi Corp.'s plan to pay its executives up to $37.6 million in bonuses for the second half of 2007.

The union filed its objection Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, asking the judge to reject Delphi's request, lodged two weeks ago, to issue bonuses for 2007's latter six months.
