Congress Passes $120B Highway Funding Bill

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 4:51 PM EDT) -- Congress on Friday passed $120 billion legislation to extend federal surface transportation programs until 2014, leaving out a controversial measure to fast-track approval of the Keystone XL pipeline, but including a rider that will direct most fines from the Macondo oil spill to Gulf Coast states.
