Ninth Circuit Breathes New Life Into W.R. Grace Case

Law360 (September 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has denied W.R. Grace's latest attempt to silence longstanding allegations that the bankrupt chemical manufacturer knowingly ran an asbestos-filled mine in Montana.

On Thursday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit handed federal prosecutors a victory by reinstating portions of the original criminal indictment, the Washington Post reported.
