AIG Broker Kickback Suit Gets The Boot

Law360, New York (September 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing the class action that accused AIG Inc.'s mutual fund advisor unit of not letting customers know that its brokers were allegedly paid kickbacks for pushing certain funds has junked the most recent amended complaint, saying that, as with the version he tossed in April, the suit's claims were vague.
