Obama, Wielding Veto Threat, Enters Fray Over SEC Budget

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- In threatening to veto a House spending bill Thursday, President Barack Obama threw his weight behind the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and its bid for a $200 million funding boost he called critical to the agency's efforts to reform Wall Street and prosecute fraud.
