House Group Asks High Court To Consider DOMA

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The congressional group defending the Defense of Marriage Act on Friday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the First Circuit's ruling that the law's definition of marriage as between a man and a woman for federal purposes is unconstitutional.
