Flight Attendant Sues Continental Over Hairstyle Harassment

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A Continental Airlines Inc. flight attendant has sued the airline for allegedly discriminating against him because he is gay, claiming supervisors harassed him over his hairstyle and forced him to cut his hair before he could work a 2010 flight from Newark, N.J.
