Judge Won't Toss Copyright Suit Over Attys' Patent Apps

Law360, New York (July 3, 2012, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Monday refused to toss a pair of scientific journal publishers' copyright case against Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner PA, saying the law firm failed to debunk claims that it infringed articles by including them in patent applications.
