Kodak Gets Go-Ahead For Controversial Patent Sale

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 6:26 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Monday ruled that Eastman Kodak Co. can go forward with its highly sought-after sale of a portfolio of 1,100 digital imaging patents, after the bankrupt photography giant resolved objections from a number of licensees.
